My PhD research investigated the effects of antiretroviral therapy during pregnancy and lactation on maternal bone health, infant bone mineral accretion ,and growth in urban Ugandans.
I also have research interests in other areas of maternal and child nutrition in developing countries based on my previous working experience. These include: nutrition programming, health systems strengthening, Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition (IMAM), Nutrition Care and support in context of HIV, Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF), and Food security.
