Thank you for visiting the East of England Population Health Research Hub (EoE PHResH) webpage.
The East of England Population Health Research Hub (EoE PHResH) was a network of population health practitioners and researchers across the East of England region. The Hub brought together partners to provide evidence that informed health and social care delivery, improved regional population health, and reduced health inequalities.
EoE PHResH has now concluded, but the resources and materials developed through the project remain available here for continued use. We are grateful to the Health Foundation for their generous support, which made this work possible.
Building on this foundation, the work of EoE PHResH continues through Healthy Futures East—a new initiative designed to further strengthen the integration of research and practice across the East of England.
