My research group works on biomedical information processing. Our expertise is in text and data mining using techniques from advanced computer science. I have led a range of projects on biomedical text mining, many of which have focussed on developing developing literature analysis or classification tools for supporting research in public health. One of my research projects has developed CRAB – a text mining tool for supporting cancer risk assessment of chemicals.
