This video is from a Cambridge Public Health event organised for early career researchers in April 2023, providing insights and advice on how to successfully apply for research funding.
In the video, Dr Erica Cook, a Public Health Specialist from NIHR Research Design Services, provides an overview of the key public health funding channels for early and mid-career researchers and discusses what makes a good application.
She also explains what the Research Design Services does to help support applicants and more broadly discusses some of the funding potential for researchers in the longer term.
The event was organised as part of Cambridge Public Health’s Early Career Researcher network. Click here for more information about the network and how to join.
