Favour Peters is an MPhil student in Population Health Sciences at the University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on infectious disease epidemiology, specifically the progression of chronic infections and their association with disability, in rural and underserved communities. Prior to studying at Cambridge, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Ghana Ministry of Health and Africa Centre for Epidemiology. Favour combines a range of epidemiological methods to explore the impact of chronic infections on long-term disease outcomes, with a particular emphasis on low- and middle-income countries. She is committed to advancing global health through collaborative research and evidence-based solutions.
